For Transformers

• Health Monitoring: Comprehensive analysis of Oil (BDV & Acidity), IR values, and winding health.
• Physical Integrity: Inspection of bushings, gaskets, and radiators for leaks or cracks.
• Consumable Management: Monitoring and replacement of Silica Gel, oil top-ups, and breather maintenance.
• Cleaning & Tightening: Thorough cleaning of insulators and checking the tightness of all HV/LV terminations.
• Periodic Servicing of OLTC and protections
• Periodic Oil Filtration of Transformer & OLTC Oil

For Circuit Breakers (VCBs/ACBs)

• Mechanical Servicing: Cleaning, lubrication, and "Open/Close" timing checks of the operating mechanism.
• Contact Analysis: Inspection of arcing contacts for wear and ensuring proper contact pressure.
• Relay & Trip Testing: Secondary injection testing to ensure the breaker actually trips when a fault occurs.
• Auxiliary Check: Verification of spring charging motors, shunt coils, and closing coils.
